Designer for a Day

Once you submit your enquiry, I’ll send you a short application form. If it looks like we’re a good fit, I’ll invite you to book a free 20-minute discovery call. We’ll talk through your goals and what’s on your website to-do list, so you can be confident this is the right service for you.

After the discovery call, I’ll send over your proposal, contract, and invoice. A 50% deposit secures your chosen date (or pay in full if you prefer). You’ll also receive a Welcome Guide with everything you need to know, plus access to your Client Portal where all your tasks, content, and communication will be neatly organised.

Inside your Client Portal, you’ll find a prep checklist, content upload folders, and a website wishlist form.

To make the most of your Design Day, I’ll need all your content, including copy, images, and branding submitted at least one week before your booked date. This gives me time to review everything and prepare fully.

About a week before, we’ll have a 45-minute To-Do List Strategy Call to finalise your priorities, clarify what's achievable in a day, and ensure we’re aligned and ready to go.

I’ll kick off the day with a quick check-in email to confirm the plan. You’ll need to be available for timely feedback throughout the day (don’t worry I’ll guide you). We’ll have a short video check-in around midday so you can review what’s been done so far, and I’ll use your feedback to continue the work in the afternoon. We’ll end with a wrap-up video call to show you what’s been completed and discuss any final notes.

You’ll receive 7 days of post-day support via email to answer any questions about the work completed. If you'd like a custom tutorial video to walk you through any updates or features, I’m happy to create one for you.
