After you’ve filled out your enquiry form, I will send you a link to book your free discovery call where we can chat through your desired outcomes and see when we can start.

You’ve decided to work together, then we’ve set a start date, I’ll send you your service agreement and you will make the first payment to lock in your dates.

During the 60-90 minute strategy call we'll define your goals, ideal clients, and direction, so every decision feels clear and aligned.

I’ll provide materials to make it easy for you to submit your content. I will guide and support you through the process.

I work on designning your custom site, and when I have a draft ready I will present a draft to you and you will give me feedback.

I will do all the prep on the backend and then when you are ready at this point I will help you to launch, but if you are not ready I will show you how to launch and you can launch when you are ready.

Alongside your core pages, I can include additional pages if your business needs them, things like a blog, testimonials, portfolio, events, or landing pages for specific services. We'll talk through what makes sense during the strategy stage, and any extras are always agreed in advance.

Once your website goes live, you'll have a 14-day support window where I'm on hand to answer questions and make small tweaks. After that, you can move onto a website care plan or book ad-hoc support sessions as and when you need them.
