I’d love for you to sit back, relax and feel completely taken care of. Below is a step-by-step walkthrough of what’s involved (yes, it’s detailed, I’m known for my attention to detail!).

After our call if your business is a good fit for my web design services I will send a custom proposal.
If we discuss on the call that you will need any additional add-ons these will be included in the proposal.
You will be able to choose your payment plan and sign your contract to secure the start date.

Once you have secured your date in my calender I will send across your onboarding questionnaires, this includes a webiste onboarding questionnaire and SEO questionnaire (if you choose my mini branding service there will be an additional questionnaire).

Questionnaires will need to be completed before your project start date, which is kick started by the website strategy call.
We will review your questionnaires and fill in any gaps. We will clarify your goals, audience, and key messages, discuss design direction and any preferences you have and outline the next steps in the process. -
Once I have gathered all the content I will work on your homepage mockup. We will sign off on your homepage so that I can then build out the rest of your pages.

I will work through your website and make sure all meta titles, descriptions, images and alt tags will be optimised with focused keywords.

An important part of the webiste design process is setting up Google Analytics, Google Search Console and Google My Business account. You need Google Search Console set up so you can submit your sitemap. Rest assured I will take care of all of this!

Once all revisions are signed off we will get your live site presented you on a staging account to go over any last minute edits before the site goes live.
I will ask you to upgrade to a paid Squarespace plan.

On the day of your site going live I will migrate your new site to Squarespace.
Site ownership will be transferred to the client.

Once your new website is live, I’ll send you a personalised offboarding package to help you feel confident moving forward. This includes:
Tailored training videos showing you how to update and manage your site
Marketing tips to promote your website effectively
Guidance on gathering reviews from happy clients

After your site goes live you will receive social media mockups and your 14 days of support where you can ask any additional questions about your website whilst you learn to use it.

Before your custom website build, your website content should be ready to go. This includes any text, images, branding and logos. I might also need some login details or system access (like if you’re using scheduling software) and send you a questionnaire to complete.

Absolutely! You can spread the payments (not including your deposit). As long as you have fully paid for your design by completion. We can cover that in our call together.

Unfortunately not - I am much more visual and take care of the strategy and design side of thimgs. However, I have created templates and guides on how to write your content so you have everything you need to create amazing content that speaks to your ideal client.
I do however offer an add-on service to audit your copy.

You will have a minimum of at least 3 weeks to prepare your content. However, I would recommend longer if you are starting from scratch or have no experience. We can cover this in our call together.

Unlike platforms like Wordpress, this is an all-in-one platform, built in security, 24/7 customer service, fast content delivery. Prices are reasonable. There’re no plug-ins or complicated add-ons to constantly update. Once you have been trained on how to make edits yourself, it’s easy to update images and text.
