  • While Squarespace templates offer a starting point, users have the flexibility to customise their websites extensively using the platform's drag-and-drop editor, custom CSS, and JavaScript.

  • Squarespace's user-friendly interface, intuitive editing tools, mobile responsiveness, and comprehensive support make it relatively easy for users to edit, update, and maintain their websites without requiring advanced technical skills. And of course they have a great support team available.

  • I only do custom-designed websites. You can learn more about my custom design service here.

  • I think Squarespace is a great platform for web designers. I moved over to Squarespace from Wix in 2020 and haven’t looked back.

  • I start the process for custom web design with a free discovery call to ensure we are a good fit. Following on, you will receive a proposal and contract to confirm your website build dates, after which we'll schedule a Strategy Call.

    After the Strategy Call, I’ll set up a guide for you so you know exactly what you’ll need to provide. You’ll have until the website build begins to provide all your content.

    Then I’ll build your website over 4-6 weeks. We’ll have 3 scheduled zoom meetings for alignment and adjustments before the final launch.

  • WHAT IS THE COST TO HAVE A WEBSITE DESIGNED?

    The cost of hiring a Squarespace web designer varies depending on expertise and deliverables. Currently, I offer one package:

  • You can either provide your own copy and I am happy to make small tweaks where necessary. Your welcome pack will include copy writing templates and guidelines. I work with a professional copywriter if you would like this service added on to your package.
