THE TIMELINE

  • Once you submit your enquiry, I’ll send you a short application form. If it looks like we’re a good fit, I’ll invite you to book a free 20-minute discovery call. We’ll talk through your goals and what’s on your website to-do list, so you can be confident this is the right service for you.

  • After the discovery call, I’ll send over your proposal, contract, and invoice. A 50% deposit secures your chosen date (or pay in full if you prefer). You’ll also receive a Welcome Guide with everything you need to know, plus access to your Client Portal where all your tasks, content, and communication will be neatly organised.

  • Inside your Client Portal, you’ll find a prep checklist, content upload folders, and a website wishlist form.

    To make the most of your Design Day, I’ll need all your content, including copy, images, and branding submitted at least one week before your booked date. This gives me time to review everything and prepare fully.

    About a week before, we’ll have a 45-minute To-Do List Strategy Call to finalise your priorities, clarify what's achievable in a day, and ensure we’re aligned and ready to go.

  • I’ll kick off the day with a quick check-in email to confirm the plan. You’ll need to be available for timely feedback throughout the day (don’t worry I’ll guide you). We’ll have a short video check-in around midday so you can review what’s been done so far, and I’ll use your feedback to continue the work in the afternoon. We’ll end with a wrap-up video call to show you what’s been completed and discuss any final notes.

  • You’ll receive 7 days of post-day support via email to answer any questions about the work completed. If you'd like a custom tutorial video to walk you through any updates or features, I’m happy to create one for you.

  • Before your website build, your website content will be ready to go. This includes any text, images, branding and logos. I might also need some login details or system access (like if you’re using scheduling software) and will be sending you a questionnaire to complete.

  • No, website hosting isn’t included in the price. You can find pricing for Squarespace website hosting here.

  • No, Squarespace scheduling isn’t included in the price. I offer a complete set up of Acuity as an add on package. You can find prices for Squarespace scheduling here.

  • Absolutely! You can spread the payments (not including your deposit). I have three payment plans available. As long as you have fully paid for your design by completion. We can cover that in our call together.

  • I am much more visual and take care of the strategy and design side of things. However, I have created templates and guides on how to write your content so you have everything you need to create amazing content that speaks to your ideal client.

    I do however offer an add-on service to audit your copy.

    If you need a full copy writing service I am happy to refer you to a trusted copywriter. Please contact me for more info.

  • You will have a minimum of at least 2 weeks to prepare your content. However, I would recommend longer if you are starting from scratch or have no experience. We can cover this in our call together. I ask that content is ready 2 weeks before build out of the website.

  • Unlike platforms like Wordpress, this is an all-in-one platform, built in security, 24/7 customer service, fast content delivery. Prices are reasonable. There’re no plug-ins or complicated add-ons to constantly update. Once you have been trained on how to make edits yourself, it’s easy to update images and text. Or if you don’t feel confident with tech and want a helping hand I offer support plans for peace of mind and to let you work on what you love, your business!
