  • 01. Free Consultation Call
    A relaxed, friendly chat to get to know each other and see if we’re a good fit. No pressure, just connection.

    02. Your Proposal
    After our call if your business is a good fit for my web design services I will send a custom proposal.

    If we discuss on the call that you will need any additional add-ons these will be included in the proposal.

    You will be able to choose your payment plan and sign your contract to secure the start date.

    03. Onboarding
    Once you have secured your date in my calender I will send across your onboarding questionnaires, this includes a website design and strategy questionnaire (if you choose my mini branding service there will be an additional questionnaire). Welcome pack, agreement, and access to your project hub to keep everything organised and stress-free.

    04. Website Strategy
    Questionnaires will need to be completed before your project start date, which is kick started by the website strategy call.

    We will review your questionnaires and fill in any gaps. We will clarify your goals, audience, and key messages, discuss design direction and any preferences you have and outline the next steps in the process.

  • 05. Homepage Mockup
    We begin with your homepage so you can review the look and feel before moving forward. We will sign off on your homepage so that I can then build out the rest of your pages.

    06. Revising & Optimising
    I will work through your website and make sure all meta titles, descriptions, images and alt tags will be optimised with focused keywords.

    07. SEO Setup
    Foundational on-page SEO to help your site be seen, including keyword guidance, metadata, and image optimisation.

    08. Final Revisions
    Once all revisions are signed off we will get your live site presented you on a staging account to go over any last minute edits before the site goes live.

    I will ask you to upgrade to a paid Squarespace plan.

  • 09. Site Goes Live
    I’ll connect your domain, test everything, and launch your beautiful new website into the world.

    10. Offboarding

    Once your new website is live, I’ll send you a personalised offboarding package to help you feel confident moving forward. This includes:

    • Tailored training videos showing you how to update and manage your site

    • Marketing tips to promote your website effectively

    • Guidance on gathering reviews from happy clients

    • Copy suggestions to keep your site fresh and engaging over time

    • A launch pack with helpful checklists and a resource guide for what’s next

    You’ll feel supported and clear on your next steps . But of course, I’m always here if you decide to continue with a support plan.

    11. Two Weeks of Support
    After your site goes live you will receive social media mockups and your 14 days of support where you can ask any additional questions about your website whilst you learn to use it.

  • Absolutely! You can spread the payments (not including your deposit). I have three payment plans available. As long as you have fully paid for your design by completion. We can cover that in our call together.

  • Unfortunately not - I am much more visual and take care of the strategy and design side of things. However, I have created templates and guides on how to write your content so you have everything you need to create amazing content that speaks to your ideal client.

    I do however offer an add-on service to audit your copy.

    If you need a full copy writing service I am happy to refer you to a trusted copywriter. Please contact me for more info.

  • You will have a minimum of at least 3 weeks to prepare your content. However, I would recommend longer if you are starting from scratch or have no experience. We can cover this in our call together. I ask that content is ready 2 weeks before build out of the website.

  • Unlike platforms like Wordpress, this is an all-in-one platform, built in security, 24/7 customer service, fast content delivery. Prices are reasonable. There’re no plug-ins or complicated add-ons to constantly update. Once you have been trained on how to make edits yourself, it’s easy to update images and text. Or if you detest tech and want a helping hand I offer support plans for peace of mind and to let you work on what you love, your business!
