The Calm, Simple Process

  • Once you submit your enquiry, I’ll send you a short application form. If it looks like we’re a good fit, you’ll be invited to book a free 20-minute discovery call. Together, we’ll talk through your goals and aspirations so you can feel confident this is the right fit before moving forward.

  • Once booked in, you’ll receive a website welcome pack with content planners, questionnaires, and guides to make things simple. We’ll also meet for a one-hour strategy session to explore your ideas and map out a clear plan for your site’s content and structure.

  • Using your strategy plan and welcome pack, you’ll pull together your branding, words, and images to fit your site’s design. To keep things on track, we’ll have a check-in call two weeks before build week where you can ask questions and get extra support if needed.

  • In just 5 business days, I’ll design and build your new site with my full creative focus. By the end of the week, your website will be live and ready to share. You’ll also receive a detailed handover pack and access to training videos, so you feel confident managing and updating your site moving forward.

  • Before your build week, I’ll need your content ready to go—this includes your text, images, branding, and logo files. I’ll also send you a questionnaire to help you organise everything and may need login details if you’re using extra tools (like scheduling software). Don’t worry—you’ll have clear guidance every step of the way.

  • No, hosting isn’t included in my package price. Squarespace provides secure hosting directly, and you can view their latest pricing here.

  • No, Squarespace Scheduling (Acuity) isn’t included in the package price. I do, however, offer a full setup service as an add-on. You can view pricing for Squarespace Scheduling here.

  • Yes! I offer flexible payment plans (not including your deposit). You’ll just need to make sure the full balance is paid by the time your site is complete. We can talk through the best plan for you during our call.

  • My role is design and strategy, but I provide templates and guides to help you write content that connects with your ideal clients. I also offer an add-on service where I can review and audit your copy. If you’d prefer a professional copywriter, I’m happy to recommend trusted partners.

  • You’ll have at least two weeks to prepare your content, but if you’re starting from scratch or writing everything yourself, I recommend giving yourself more time. To keep things on track, I ask that all content is finalised and ready two weeks before your build week.

  • Squarespace is an all-in-one platform that takes away the stress of managing lots of plugins and updates. Hosting, security, and 24/7 customer support are all built in. It’s easy to update once you’ve had my training, and if you’d prefer extra support, I offer care plans for peace of mind. That way, you can focus on running your business—not wrestling with tech.
