HOW IT WORKS

  • Once you submit your enquiry, I’ll send you a short application form. If it looks like we’re a good fit, I’ll invite you to book a free 20-minute discovery call. We’ll talk through your goals and aspirations so you can be confident this is the right service for you.

  • Once you’re all booked in, I’ll send through your website welcome pack containing everything you need to get creating (content planners, questionnaires, and more). You’ll also meet with me for a one-hour strategy session. We will brainstorm out any ideas you have and I will use my experience to guide you. You’ll walk away with a clear plan for the content and structure needed for your website.

  • Using the guidelines from your strategy session and provided in your website welcome pack, you’ll prepare your branding, words and imagery to fit within the page layouts and style of your new website. If you need a hand completing the questionnaires and planners, we have a check-in call two weeks before your build week, where you can bring along any questions.

  • It takes just 5 business days! Over the course of a week, you and your business will have my whole creative attention as I create your new online home. By the end of the week, your website will be ready to share. I’ll also give you a detailed handover pack with lots of helpful tips to get the most from your launch, special client offers and access to my training library with helpful videos so you feel empowered and confident to use your website.

  • Before your website build, your website content will be ready to go. This includes any text, images, branding and logos. I might also need some login details or system access (like if you’re using scheduling software) and will be sending you a questionnaire to complete.

  • No, website hosting isn’t included in the price. You can find pricing for Squarespace website hosting here.

  • No, Squarespace scheduling isn’t included in the price. I offer a complete set up of Acuity as an add on package. You can find prices for Squarespace scheduling here.

  • Absolutely! You can spread the payments (not including your deposit). I have three payment plans available. As long as you have fully paid for your design by completion. We can cover that in our call together.

  • I am much more visual and take care of the strategy and design side of things. However, I have created templates and guides on how to write your content so you have everything you need to create amazing content that speaks to your ideal client.

    I do however offer an add-on service to audit your copy.

    If you need a full copy writing service I am happy to refer you to a trusted copywriter. Please contact me for more info.

  • You will have a minimum of at least 2 weeks to prepare your content. However, I would recommend longer if you are starting from scratch or have no experience. We can cover this in our call together. I ask that content is ready 2 weeks before build out of the website.

  • Unlike platforms like Wordpress, this is an all-in-one platform, built in security, 24/7 customer service, fast content delivery. Prices are reasonable. There’re no plug-ins or complicated add-ons to constantly update. Once you have been trained on how to make edits yourself, it’s easy to update images and text. Or if you don’t feel confident with tech and want a helping hand I offer support plans for peace of mind and to let you work on what you love, your business!
