How The Process Works

Choose a time that works for you. Once booked, you’ll receive a short prompt to help you clarify what you’d like to focus on.

You’ll send through any relevant links or questions so we can use the hour well and stay focused.

THE SESSION
We meet for one focused hour. I’ll guide, explain, and help you think things through, calmly and clearly.

You’ll leave with clarity, confidence, and clear next steps.
If you’d like more support, I can suggest a follow-up session, a Design Day, or care options.

No the Designer Hour sessions aren’t recorded. This keeps the session focused and conversational, but I’m always happy to summarise key actions or next steps afterwards if helpful.

Yes. The session is practical and hands-on, so we’ll usually make changes live as we go, focusing on the areas that will make the biggest difference.

If we run out of time or realise the work needs more space, we can look at booking an additional hour, a half-day, or a Designer for a Day, whatever feels most supportive to you.

You’ll receive a short preparation guide outlining what to gather ahead of time, such as login access, key links, and any notes or priorities. This helps us use the day well without over-preparing or feeling overwhelmed.
Before the day itself, you’ll need to send over any necessary assets – like images, copy, or branding materials – so I have everything ready to dive straight in.
