Support work includes small updates like a new feature, minor modification, or web development task under 30 minutes in length.
Examples of this might be: change out text or images, updating product information, adding a new plugin, etc.

Sorry, but that would be a NO. The retainer of hourly updates is just covered for that month.

I will always try to get your updates done within the hour, however if you have work that requires more hours I will give you an estimate based on my hourly rate (discounted to £69/hr from my standard £97/ hr for support plan members)

I will work as soon as possible to get your updates completed within 24-48hrs. As a monthly client you will always get top priority compared to clients who aren’t on the plan.

No there are no fees to set up or cancel. Should you ever decide to leave the plan the doors are always open for you to return.
